Marco Bottega, romano, classe 1982, nonostante la giovane età ha già raggiunto traguardi notevoli. La sua cucina, figlia di tre generazioni di ristoratori, prende vita tra le mura dell’Aminta Resort a Genazzano (Rm). Ne è chef e proprietario dal 2010, dopo aver maturato un’esperienza in ristoranti d’eccellenza, come i pluristellati Il Pagliaccio di Roma e l’Osteria Francescana di Modena.
Una cucina degna del passato che la precede, quella di Bottega vuole stupire, sempre nel rispetto delle materie prime e della tradizione che ha imparato fin da piccolo. Oltre che cuoco, Marco Bottega è anche Masterclass wine e sommelier: oltre mille le etichette nel suo locale, con particolare attenzione ai vini francesi – non per altro è stato nominato Officier de l’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. Dal 2008 interviene regolarmente a La Prova del Cuoco su Rai 1 e nel 2009 e nel 2014 ha avuto l’onore di organizzare il pranzo ufficiale di Betlemme rispettivamente per Papa Benedetto XVI e Papa Francesco. Aminta Resort è presente su tutte le più importanti guide di settore e insignito di una stella Michelin.

Marco Bottega was born in 1982, in Rome. Despite his young age he has already reached important goals. His cuisine is born from three generations of restaurateurs, it starts inside the walls of Aminta Resort in Genazzano (Rm). He is chef and owner from 2010, after having experiences in excellent starred restaurants, such as the Pagliaccio in Rome and the Osteria Francescana in Modena.
A cuisine worthy of the past that precedes it. Bottega wants to amaze, always respecting raw material and tradition, these are the teachings he has had when he was young.
