Nato a Cortona (AR) nel 1968, Roberto Lodovichi muove i primi passi professionali nella sua Toscana e sin dalla giovane età lavora in alcuni dei locali più importanti nelle zone di Arezzo e Siena. Nel 1989 apre il Ristorante La Terrasse a Monte San Savino (AR), locale che ancora oggi è gestito dalla famiglia. Segue l’esperienza del Tre Soldi, teatro nel centro di Foiano della Chiana (AR) convertito in locale di ristorazione. Arriva poi l’esperienza del catering, che porta alla nascita di “Lodovichi Ricevimenti – Italian Taste”, attività che Roberto gestisce insieme al fratello.
Contestualmente viene aperto un locale ad Arezzo e poi, dopo alcuni anni, nasce il format “Maninpasta”, un brand di stile tutto italiano di sola pasta, che riceve molti apprezzamenti. Proprio attraverso Maninpasta, Roberto esprime la sua filosofia di cucina basata sull’utilizzo di materie prime di qualità, partendo dalla tradizione e guardando sempre all’evoluzione.
Parallelamente è attivo nelle fila della Federazione Italiana Cuochi ricoprendo per due mandati il ruolo di presidente dell’Associazione Cuochi Arezzo. Oggi è presidente dell’Unione Cuochi Toscani e fa parte di FIC Promotion.

Born in Cortona, Arezzo, in 1968, Roberto Lodovichi took his first professional steps in his Tuscany and from a young age he worked in some of the most important places in the areas of Arezzo and Siena. In 1989 he opened La Terrasse restaurant in Monte San Savino, a place that is still managed by the family today. This was followed by the experience of Tre Soldi, a theater in the center of Foiano della Chiana, converted into a restaurant. At the same time, a restaurant was opened in Arezzo and then, after a few years, the “Maninpasta” format was born, an all-Italian style pasta-only brand. It is through Maninpasta that Roberto expresses his cooking philosophy based on the use of quality raw materials, starting from tradition and always looking at evolution.
At the same time, he is active in the ranks of the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, holding the role of president of the Associazione Cuochi Arezzo for two terms. Today he is president of the Unione Cuochi Toscani and is part of FIC Promotion.
