Stefano Mei Tomasi, titolare del Ristorante da Stefano a Teulada (SU) e di due affittacamere con un totale di 8 camere. Nato nel 1975 e cresciuto a Teulada, dopo un diploma da Ragioniere, inizia quasi per caso a lavorare in cucina 26 anni fa come aiuto entremetier al Forte Village Resort 5 stelle di Santa Margherita di Pula, dove rimane per 17 anni, durante i quali ha cambiato vari ristoranti e varie partite fino ad arrivare nel 2006 a fare il responsabile del Ristorante Sardo, nel 2007 del Ristorante Is Arenas e dal 2008 al 2013 come chef del ristorante dell’Hotel le Dune 5 Stelle lusso.
Durante questi anni al Forte Village grazie agli chef Paolo Milani, Claudio Sfiller e Leonardo Concezzi ha avuto la possibilità di fare altre esperienze come l’Hotel Regina Baglioni di Roma, Harrods a Londra, Is Molas Golf Hotel di Pula, ristorante Tommy D di Londra, Hotel Kempinski a Dubai. Inoltre, frequenta vari corsi all’Étoile di Venezia. Nel 2007 partecipa agli Internazionali d’Italia di cucina sezione Piatti Caldi conseguendo la medaglia di bronzo. Nel 2014 apre il proprio ristorante e nel 2016 l’affittacamere.
